TM-DGS Fixed type liquid stepless mixer is composed of motor, stepless speed changer, speed reducer, mixer stand, mixing rod and blades, etc. Within the mixing stand are tapered roller bearings that can fully withstand the axial thrust produced by the mixing process, with high pressure air sealing unit. Therefore, it can be directly assembled onto liquid tanks with various pressure or vacuum extents without causing any air leakage. The mixing rod and blades are made of stainless steel. In case the length of mixing rod or the diameter of mixing blades are more than the listed figures, you may add bearings on the free end of the mixing rod, to ensure balanced revolutions during the mixing process.
